Michelle is a lawyer based in our Toowoomba office and works across our Property & Business Transactions and Business & Corporate Advisory teams.
Michelle enjoys the diversification of her role, which involves providing clients with commercial and corporate advice, securing appropriate corporate structures and tailoring agreements to meet clients’ objectives. She enjoys providing a personable approach whilst working closely with her clients to understand their legal goals and helping them achieve the best possible outcome.
Michelle holds Bachelors in Business (majoring in Management) and Laws with Honours, and was admitted as a lawyer in December 2020.
Previously working in general practice at a small local law firm before joining CG Law has provided Michelle with a valuable client-focused approach and experience in a variety of commercial transactions.
Michelle is kept busy outside of work with a young family and enjoys a range of hobbies including sewing, recreational jogging and reading.
